Quests gone after starting chapter 3

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hi im sorry for the nooby question but this is my first time going through baldurs gate 2 shadows of amn (on ipad). I had a bunch of side quests that i was planning to do during chapter 2, but when i started chapter 3 they all disappeared and i didnt notice until i saved over it. I notice that the game still remembers the quests, like when i go to the Harper Hold (i never finished that quest) i still go through that conversation with galvarey and his group attacks me. I read somewhere the quests come back eventually, but when will that be, and will they come straight back into my journal like they were before? Thanks.

    They might be in your journal back on the chapter 2 page. If you click on the tab to the left of the journal screen it should scroll back.

    Scroll back to chapter 2 page in your journal. Most likely, they're there.

    My bad, i didnt notice the giant gray arrow pointing back to chapter 2 haha. I thought it was a design :P, thank you for the quick answers
