[Known 9713] Mantle Not Working

The 7th level wizard spell 'Mantle' does not appear to be working.

In my game, I summon 2 upper level Skeleton warriors, cast mantle, then order them to attack me. They immediately start doing damage, which of course shouldn't happen.

    Do you have any mods installed?
    I am not sure but I think that the Skeleton Warriors have the enchantament wrong on their weapons.
