in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I've looked around online, answers seem iffy. Can anyone give me one SOLID answer as to whether or not Vicky is romanceable with a half-orc?

    I think this actually comes up in a banter, tbh.

    If one uses EEKeeper, one can look at the Global Variables, it should be possible to see if Viconia can romance Charname as a Half-Orc by being a Half-Orc then seeing if the Can Romance variable is true or not.

    She's romancing me and I'm a half orc. At least...she sort of is. Some of what she says I can't find in guides or anything anywhere :/

    I suspect you'll find the answer most pleasing - yes. While others might shy from the thought, I've often found those of such lineage... intriguing.

    I can also confirm from experience that she can indeed romance a half-orc.

    I wish it was faster. I did every single thing in BG2 (including the entirety of Watcher's Keep) and still didn't manage to reach the end.

    I think it is more along the lines of she will romance an orc in half! :D

    In bg ee the bug that stopped the half orc viccy romance has been fixed
