NPCs Moved

in BG:EE Mods
I'm playing BGEE with a few mods and I noticed that NPCs have moved locations. Eldoth was just south of Friendly Arm. Tiax is in Bergeost. I'm looking for Viconia and she is not in her normal spot in Pedvale. Does anyone know where she is? The mods I 've installed are:

SCS
IWDification
RR
Think thats it, I didn't think any of these mods would move NPC locations.
