Rescuing Imoen

Would I be correct in assuming BG2:EE altered the situation so that when you are finally reunited with Imoen in Spellhold, she has leveled up appropriately? This being the biggest complaint about Imoen in BG2, I imagine this means her popularity among players has only increased as a result.

    From what I recall reading, no - she still lags behind after Spellhold.
    I've been wrong before though, and I confess I don't pay much attention where she's concerned.

    Yeah, I feel as though I would have read it somewhere if Imoen gained all her lost XP upon rejoining the party, and I haven't yet. But she just returned to me a level 13 Mage! O.o

    I think she has either 400K or 1.2M xp in the ch4, depending on your own level.
    An additional threshold (800K) would be welcome if not already included in BG2EE.

    That's part of why I go after her pretty fast. She's usually going to be my featured Mage, so I get her quick before she misses out on all the fun quests. Not to mention the whole Role Playing rationale!
