Chapter 4 - Labyrinth: How do I get my equipment back?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Bodhi just dropped me in the Labyrinth maze and I have no equipment.

Do I get my gear back somewhere?
If it is in the maze I do not want to accidentally leave it behind.

    I assume you're playing SCS with this option installed? It's past the labyrinth in Irenicus' room as far as I know.

    I recommend uninstalling that component of SCS.

    While I get that it seems like the designers originally intended you to lose your items, I think they reconsidered and I don't think it's balanced for a party starting with zero items.

    Good luck dealing with the undead room (Greater mummies require +3, if you're high level enough you'll get a lich). You have hardly any armor so basically everything can hit you.

    Especially good luck fighting improved Irenicus with no items. Plus as your reward, once you're done, you get to play the inventory management game for 15 minutes to re-equip all your characters.
