Looking for Rasaad

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
SOA....Can you recruit Rasaad if you rejected him initially. I cannot find him in Trademeet. If you recruit him and then send him away, he is by the temple. Is he gone for good if you just reject him?

    I'd like to know the answer to this question too so I bring it back - is it possible to find Rasaad again after rejecting him initially (not having him in the party at all)?

    FOUND HIM. He's still in Trademeet, but well-hidden - without markers permanently on and perfect pausing timing he's very hard to find, obscured by some tower :/ He's at x=1723, y1803.

    What option it is to turn on "markers permanently" ? Is it some mod that needs to be installed? I can't find him... Initially I said to him "Yes come along" and then dropped him off the party. Now I can't find him and I'd like to complete some quests

    It should be one of the Feedback options - you're looking for Locator Circles or something like that.
