BUG help-never got slayer change [spoilers]

Ok, so this is probably a known issue, but I never got the slayer change, never had any of the dreams, nothing. Had a wakeup transformation in spellhold maze after bodhi fight... brief convo with Neera then nearly killed minsc. Re-rested, nothing, moved on. I forgot all of that had to happen at spellhold, and now I'm multiple hours past. Just finished the svirfs demon problem.

I'd rather not re-do those hours, but would like the dreams and abilities to get back on track. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
