Baldur's Gate run from external card

Is it possible or will it be possible to run this game from external memory card?

I bought this game today. After I begun installation, text was displayed something like:
'out of memory on external card', yet I had about 7GB free space and very small internal memory card, also I didn't find any option to change place of installation.

    I was able to move the main file (after installation) to my Next Book 7 and run things ok.

    I have done some free space (except my important programs I deleted almost all files from internal memory - 2.5GB) on my Galaxy tab 2 7.0" and managed to install it.

    Than I moved files and launcher tried to download everything again. Yet maybe I have done something wrong, since you managed to run it.
