How to teleport to location??? help is needed

HI, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place...

Problem: my party is caught on a map with no possible exit = bug. How do i "cheat" the game and fx teleport to another map. Could i modify the baldur.ini?

Any suggestions are highly appriciated

    Find out here how to enable the console and then use 
    C:MoveToArea("3000")
    to go to Watcher's Keep (easiest escape I can think of).
