Forum Signatures?

I noticed that there are no options in regards to creating a custom forum signature, as well as no option to edit an about me on the profile. Is there a reason for this?

    I wouldn't mind a signature, if it was limited to like 2 sentences and no images, but don't expect it. All forums are different. I'm just glad we don't use bbcode.

    Forum signatures are such an annoyance. Graphic images upon graphic images that suddenly become larger than the post themselves.

    Keep a forum clean of such, and it becomes more about the content of the post, rather than who has the best flashy signature.

    I agree with you in terms of the flashyness and the size. I was thinking of a simple one or two sentence quote or line.

    A lot of forums that allow signatures give users an option to make them not visible.
