Is it possible to get Wilson AFTER Neera's sidequest?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Question's really in the title. Now the whole place is burned down, and the stoner elf doesn't have much to say. Is there any way to get Wilson/the quest now? Or have I totally missed my chance at finding my pet bear?

    Have you already completed Rasaad's quest?

    Yep. You don't need to do that stoners quest to get/keep wilson.

    Pretty sure if you finish Rasaad's quest it's too late. I didn't know Wilson even existed so I just went back to check if he was at the temple. There was an animal trainer, alone, asking if he was even needed anymore since the whole temple was empty. No bear with him. So I guess you can;t...

    Any console command to just warp Wilson next to you?

    So I can make him, but he just snorts at me. He can't join the party...
