Editing NPCs

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
How do you access NPCs for editing theirs stats/inventory, etc? I can't seem to pull up anything but my character... Thanks!

    If you are using eekeeper, select file > open saved game. Then click the arrow just above the "change portait" button to scroll through the NPCs.
