I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled across Heroine's Quest: The Herald of Raknarok yesterday. It's a wonderful homage to the Quest for Glory series, complete with multiple classes that lead to differing puzzles and approaches. Survival elements also add a new twist, and the combat system is a bit more dynamic. Add in wonderful (retro) graphics and music, and an unbeatable price, and you have no reason to not download it!

As an interesting side note, the lead artist was Corby, of Corby Designs. Visit the SHS forums, and you'll find this thread, which shows off his talents in area designs for BG. They are simply the best I've ever seen!

    Recently I spend some time with qfg3 with scummvm on my phone. It is almost 10 years since I played it however this time I got neat walkthrough hehe :)
    Hope heroine quest will be playable with scummvm or become smartphone game someday.
