Of course I'm new, and I came here looking for adventure

I am usually sad that there is no one to play BG with, so I decided to seek out a forum so I can get someone to venture with me through the EE versions of both games. Just two OCs and the rest npcs, evenly divided or simultaneously used. I am sad there is no voice chat, though. Unless a skype call can run in the background or something similar.

    Welcome to the forum :)
    Yes you can use skype in the background if you want in a multiplayer game, and if you want friends for a game just tell us on what time are you in the world and I'm sure people here will love to join you, you could also post in the Multiplayer section to tell that you are looking for friends to join you in your adventure :)

    You can also post in the Activity page, as many people here follow that page, @Drakar. ;)

    Thanks! While currently a friend and I are playing, I will hopefully find those willing to play in the future. Though I hope people heed this warning, I am a casual player (in my eyes).
