Stuck on Resurrection Gorge

I'm in the gorge and have the stones from Winterbrook and Fil. However, the demon w/ the third stone is nowhere to be found. I've used all the charges on the wand, explored the whole map w/ my thief's detect illusion skill going (at 120 points), and CLUAed myself 50 scrolls of Glitterdust.

It seems the demon is failing to spawn, but I found him on an earlier game using only my thief's detect illusion skill, however I had to load a previous save due to char death and now I'm stuck.

Does anyone know his NPC char number so I can just CLUA him in or the stones item number? I don't have any usable save files to reload.

    Are you seeing his speech bubbles as you walk around or no?

    No and that's the problem, he's not spawning. I think I'm thoroughly screwed unless I can find w/e number codes to him for the CLUA. I found the stones CLUA number and I might just do that, but I'm concerned it'll mess up Dorn's quest chain.
