in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
so I meet some kids and they want beer and swords, I just give them beer and they run off, I am wondering where they are becuase I cant finish the quest.

    Go to the mimic cave. If you don't know where that is, explore the northern area of the map a bit. You'll find a cave.

    Avoiding spoilers, but be very very careful if your main character's a ranger.

    I have already cleared the cave no one is in it. only gave them booze no weapons
