Rasaad stops walking after few steps

PC, Windows 8
Rasaad will move about five steps, then stop. Pretty unplayable. Have resorted to cheat-teleporting him around but he won't fight either...don't want to kick him out of the party for this, but might have to....
1) Started happening in Chapter 5 after Sorrem tells me to meet him outside the Seven Suns after dark. The game teleported me to that district. As soon as the district loaded, the Iron Throne's 10 day poison warning happened (PC puked). I decided to take care of the poison before the dark monks, but Rasaad won't stay with the party anymore. Heading back to seven suns now to try and complete quest, maybe Rasaad has some command related to that quest that he's stuck trying to complete....
2) Have tried disabling his scripts,
3) No regeneration effects or items on character. Just in case, tried taking all items away from him and casting dispel magic on him, still stutters.
4) Tried upping the 'Path Search Nodes' as high as 100,000. No luck. Set it back to 32,000
That's it. Happy to answer any other questions!
