[Dupe] #7311 Dorn's Bloody Path - Azothet is glitching out

I just killed everyone at the Helmite Camp. When I attempt to leave the area, I get ambushed by Traggor the Hammer and party. I kill them, and then while I'm looting a small cutscene happens. Azothet appears in the two second cut scene. This all seems normal up until this point.
Azothet tells Dorn he can be released from Ur-Gothoz. Apparently, she's supposed to leave immediately after this conversation, but she doesn't. Instead, the cutscene is triggered again and another copy of Azothet teleports into the area. And another. And another. And another. It goes on forever.
Trouble is that when she's teleporting in, it's a cutscene. I don't have control over any of my characters. According to some online walkthrough, Ur-Gothoz is supposed to appear, but he never does. Instead Azothet keeps appearing until hundreds of her copies literally fill the screen. I can't save, I can't quit, and I can't do anything.
Anyone know what's up?
