The android version was refunded upon uninstallation?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Is this normal? I bought the game on android.
When I uninstalled the app, I was given a notice that a refund is now made for me.
Is this suppose to happen?

    Have you checked your account to see if you actually got the refund? It might have been a mistake that spawned the message.

    Well the game is now gone from my account, and I did receive a email from paypal saying I got a refund. But the amount is not updated on the paypal site yet when I checked. I just find it weird how uninstalling the game results in a refund.

    I already made 2 in game purchases for DLCs though. Not sure if those will be refunded as well or if I should just re-buy the game later. Still waiting for a response from my support ticket.

    Here is what my google play record looks like. I bought the game and a couple of DLCs. The game is refunded for some reason, but I still own the DLCs.

    That is strange. I would contact Google Play and see if they can provide an explanation. I imagine that, worst comes to worst, you can just buy the game again to reinstall it.
