Option on startup screen to continue from last save

I asked for this before in Baldur's Gate, but now Icewind Dale is annoying in the same way.

Most of the time when I start up the game, I'll just want to continue from where I left off the last time. However, there is no option to do so from the startup screen. Instead I have to choose a game, cancel a movie, choose single player, choose load game, find the right save file and select it. Not to mention having had to click "Launch" in the launcher application before all this. I can't be the only one to find this ridiculous.

    That's right! I didn't notice that for some reason. Of course it would be even better if it was on the first screen instead.
