I can't find a good resource identifying weapons available in the game. For example, is there a returning dagger or sling with endless ammo or ammo pouch in the game?

    A good utility for finding out about stuff in the game is Near Infinity. It has a pretty good search function. But to answer your questions:

    No

    Yes

    There aren't even any magic Throwing Daggers in the game, so they're pretty limited. And there's an Ammo Belt fairly early in the game. In fact there's plenty of containers to be had.
