Swap to desktop -> NO scroll down

When I swap to desktop from BGEE and go back to the game later, the mouse-scroll down feature is no longer there. I can move the mouse left, right & up and the window scrolls, but down it no longer does. Going to the map and back to the game allows me to scroll down with the mouse again...

    Changing the size of the text window also allows you to start scrolling down again

    I had this problem as well, when I first started the game.

    I still have this issue too. Changing the size of the text window does not help me.

    This occasionally ALSO stops scrolling right as well, but it seems quicksave+reload makes that go away.
