[IWD:EE] Noob Dragon Disciple Question: How to breathe fire

Perhaps I misread the information regarding the dragon disciple's abilities, but is one of them a fire breath ability? If so, how do I use it? Sorry for the very noob status of this question...

    You need to be level 3. Once you are that level you will get the ability in your special abilities button. Just click the button and the icon for the dragon breath will be there.

    The special abilities button is the one I've highlighted in red here.
