why can't the non host see all the interaction things when the host has the button for it on?

My question is what can the players other than the host do to see the item drops, barrels, and chests that the host can see highlighted from the button on left screen. My players can only see these things when the mouse runs over it.

    I play on my tablet as host and my fiance is on PC as a player she cannot see interaction items without running the mouse over it. Isn't there a hotkey or something she can hit in order to see them highlighted.
