Missed Tiernons shield, can I go back for it?

So I've skipped a few of the more tedious fights in the Gloomfrost and I just realised that I missed picking up Tiernons shield somewhere.

Is it in a container? Is it a drop from an enemy? Where exactly is it? (Coordinates don't help as I'm on ipad).

Any help is appreciated :)
