#10932 [All] The Summoner's Staff's abilities should match its description.

1. Start a new game with the default party.
2. Summon the high summoner via C:CreateCreature("highsumm")
3. Ctrl+Y the summoner and pick up the staff.
4. Create an Identify scroll via C:CreateItem("scrl75")
5. Have Ilauna identify and equip the staff.
6. Select Ilauna and press Use Item.

Observed:
A single use of Sleep is available.

Expected:
The staff has abilities matching its description and at least one use of each.

Note:
The item is bdsumst.itm, and its description is string 40742:

Damage: Two arrows causing 1d6 missile + 4d6 fire (Save vs. Spell for half fire damage)

The staff of summoning's item use options don't work. I.e. when I click on the staff icon in the "backpack" nothing happens...
