Buggy transition to chapter 3 after speking to Gaelan Bayle

Hello,
I have a lot of mods installed (see http://gibberlings3.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=26945 for the list). The game is BG2EE 1.3, on Windows.
I speak to Gaelan, give him 15000, watch the cutscene in spellhold, then it's back to Gaelan's house, but my party is "invisible". When clicked on portraits, they respond with voice and subtitles. If I make a wide selection on screen with mouse cursor, I get a selection voice responce from PC. Dismissing all NPCs before giving money to Gaelan did not help.

Any tips on debugging this?
