[Dupe] (IPad) Export should update immediately not after restart

1) First export character A.
2) Export character B over character A
3) Start new game and import character B
4) Character A is imported.

Observed: Exported character is not updated without restart.

Expected: Exported character should be imported immediately.

Workaround: Restarting the program will now make character B import

Similar to [11066] but it is reproducible regardless of which character.

    I'll add the note about restarting, but this is the same issue. Note that our repro cases are very specific to ensure that the developer knows exactly what they need to do to reproduce a bug. We understand there is typically a more general underlying cause that needs to be fixed and tested.
