I am stuck in Black Pits with Unlimited Enemies WAH!!!!

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I am in Tier 2 with Fight 4. The fight with the unlimited portals that keep spawning enemies. Is there something I should do to win the fight. It doesnt seem like there is. Thankyou to anyone help me out.

    You need to target and "kill" the portals, just as you would a normal enemy.

    Yeah, it's like in the first dungeon of BG2.
