Problem With Rasaad's TOB Quest (Spoilers)

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
So, I'm doing Rasaad's TOB quest and I can't find the special grog.

I have the rock salt and the potion of explosions from liberating the logging camp, but there was no grog in the containers or on any of the corpses, and without it Mims can't open the tunnel. Am I meant to kill the bridge guards for it? I thought avoiding the front doors was the whole point of choosing this route?

    You can talk to Tallus (he is a guard standing in front of a pillar just past the bridge/near the entrance) and you should be able to convince him to give you it (at the very least you should be able to convince him if you have 12 charisma).

    Though you have to be sneaky about it because of the other guards.

    Thank you! Rasaad has stealth and fourteen Charisma, so the guard handed it right over. (I'm not sure if it's meant to work like that, but hey, the quest is done!)
