Random LAG/Stuttering while playing

Operating System: Windows 8.1 64
CPU: AMD A4-4000 APU
GPU: GTX 750
System RAM: 4gb

Used EE Keeper to edit party stats and movement speed.

Starting today out of nowhere I've been experiencing annoying MMO-like lag/freezes while playing usually, sometimes when I quick-save or at the start of combat/mid combat. One time it lagged when I was picking a Scroll of Horror from a crate,

I've been playing this game these last 5 days and it went super smooth without any kind of problems. This truly came out of nowhere, anyone had similar issues?

    Update: Re-installed the game, also lags while existing the game/dialogue options/exiting Chapter text screens
