Music starts late

Some music starts about 2 seconds late into the track, which means we never get to hear those initial 2 seconds. I noticed this with battle music in the Vale of Shadows, I don't know how generalized the issue is yet (if it's a programming error that applies to all music or an issue with that particular track).
