Lost the Twin Flask to free the Djinn or is it a BUG?

I am not sure what happened to it, I either dropped it on the ground because my bags were full or I never had it in the first place.

Is the twin flask the statue in the shape of an air elemental? Or is that something different?

If that isn't the item then where is it? I have been everywhere in Irenicus starting dungeon.

OR alternatively please give me the code for the item to CHEAT it back into my inventory, Thanks.
