Low Level BGII Spells in BG1

With the use of the BGII engine comes some lower level caster spells that were not included in BG1. Some of the spells casters will qualify to use in BG1, will an effort be made to add the missing spell scrolls to BG1 merchants?

    That would make a whole lot of sense, they should be available all over the "world", not just suddenly appear in BG2.
