Allow selection screens with limited space to be scrollable, as in TobEx.

Both kit selection screen and mage book would benefit for this. Currently GUI de facto blocks using many kit- and spell-mods at the same time. At the very least this should be made easily implementable by modders without need for exe-patching or a TobEx-type solution.
