Cloak of Dragomir should be flagged as magical

The Cloak of Dragomir (OHHCLOAK.itm) is not flagged as being magical, even though its properties and description clearly suggest otherwise. From the description:

"This cloak was crafted and imbued with powerful undead magic. [...] Dragomir [...] demanded that Zulann craft a magical garment that would allow him to travel in the light of the sun without being destroyed."
