File names for alternate modded NPC portraits (Isra NPC)

Anyone know the file names for modded npcs? I'm trying to swap Isra's, but none of the usual suspects seem to work, eg. isram, nisram, etc. Anybody used Isra and know how to do this? The portraits are the correct file type etc. 24 bit bmps, they work fine at chargen, but they don't replace Isra's like they should.

    Actually, am I being silly, can I just directly drop the files into Isra's folder? because the portrait folder will only override vanilla NPC's? that sounds reasonable, so I'll go and try that first!

    edit: Didn't work, any suggestions?

    The protrait file names for Isra that I can see in EEKeeper are RH#ISRA (and then L,M or S at then end for the large, medium and small portraits). Does that help?
