Graphics Compatibility Problem :(
My old computer broke down. Now i am using a 2012 small notebook... with windows 7; 1GB RAM; Intel Atom CPU N2100 1.60 Hz; 32 bit system... The game is in general running perfectly if it was not for the crazy colours... which of course prevent me from playing 
Do you know if I can do anything. I have disabled the things in the properties of the baldur.exe + run it in 95 compatibility and the graphics are still crazy

I would say make sure you are running the latest drivers for your GMA from Intel.
Here is their driver download center: https://downloadcenter.intel.com
I believe the N2100 has the GMA 3600, and here are the latest drivers for that: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23473/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-3600-Series-for-Windows-7-32-bit
Also, see if you get the same color distortion in Windowed Mode (Alt+Enter).
