[IWD:EE 1.4/PC] Cleric level 2 spells not displaying

I hit level 3 with my cleric, and the 2nd tier spells displayed just fine. Multiplayer game re-loaded an older save, leveled to 3 again, and this time my 2nd tier spells are not displaying. I have the boxes at the bottom that indicate I have spells I can learn, but there are no icons nor available spells to learn. We did nothing different the second time. Attempting to reload the character, the game, anything up to loading a game before I hit level 3 (which was saved over), and my 2nd tier spell icons are not displaying. I cannot even click where the icons are to try and force a spell memorization. I am unable to actually learn any cleric spells for the 2nd tier, at level 3.

Sounds like a bug. edit: attached a screenshot of the boxes at the bottom, and missing the spell icons.

    Update: Hit level 4, spells appeared again. Seems like something happened when I crossed level 3, and was resolved again when level 4 occurred.
