HELP!! I LOST MY OLD ACCOUNT DETAILS :O

Hi everyone. This account im on is just thrown together so i can find out how i can get my account details back for my original account ( DivineBlood ). My laptop which has BGEE installed on it has become very very slow. Soon im going to do a factory reset on it. So i need to get my old account details back so i can get BGEE once i re-install windows. Problem is that i cant access my old email account that is connected to *DivineBlood*. Please help me in any way possible guys. Thanks so much

    Edit: The issue was resolved, so the newer account was closed.
