Turning sound files into an installing sound set

I have finally begun to record my own custom character sound files — I've always wanted to, and as an actor, I can do pretty good voice sets (if I do say so myself). However, I'm not sure how to turn it into a downloadable resource for others. Is there some set of instructions somewhere that would help?

My first sound set is for an INT-dump character.
Battle Cry (A): "It's either me or you and I hope it's you!"
In the Forest (N): "I see that I will never think . . . a poem . . . something something tree. I forget."
In the City (O): "I can see my house from here! I can see a house. I think it's a house."
In the Dungeon (P): "This place wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for all the evil."
At Night (R): "The darkness sure is dark tonight."
Party Member Dies (W): "Oh. I hope we didn't need that guy."
Rare Select (Y): "My brain hurts."
On Pickpocket (4): "Huh huh, I pocked his picket."
On Stealth (5): "See how invisible I am?"
Battle Cry (9): "Here come da judge!"
