Transfering Voice kits BGEE to BG2EE and customizable Avatars?

How does one go about transfering voice kits and using custom Avatars? A multiplayer buddy of mine has a Mage that looks like the Diseased One from "The All Seeing Eye Quest". It'd be cool to use a Fighter/Mage/Thief with a Shadow Thief Avatar.

    You can do with mods I believe, or a savegamer editor or hex editor

    Hope he got his answer since it was 3 months ago, I did it with my brother through eekeeper, iirc there's a command ig allowing to cycle through the models. Have to remind that the movement speed is defined by the model though so if you look like a lich you're awfully slow.
