Conjurer cant learn invocation spells?

Hello everyone,

In the class description it is mentioned that conjurer cant learn invocation spells ? Is that correct ? I thought they couldnt learn divination spells. I got the game on ios maybe thats a difference to pc version.

    Thanks for your answer Shandyr. That does explain it but its still sad for me :(

    From the linked page and why this has been changed:
    The IWD Conjurer opposition school is Divination, but because “lesser divination” – divination spells 3rd-level and below – are availiable to all mages ((in 2E AD&D, a mage has to cast “Read Magic” in order to scribe a scroll)), and because IWD has no Divination spells above 2nd-level anyways, an IWD Conjurer has no restrictions
    Don't worry, you can still play an overpowered Conjurer in BG. That's Edwin, of course.

    heart of winter's prohibited schools are different than Baldur's gates, I believe they added an extra prohibited school for each specialist mage in heart of winter ( possibly for "balance" reasons)
