Alatos and the Thieves Guild bugged?

So I got all 3 of the parts undetected and returned back to the Guild, I then go to Alatos to turn in the quest, and he praises me for what I did. But then I get a cutscene? Like it seems like one since the camera is moving and all, but then nothing happens.

I looked on the wiki, and apparently [Spoiler] Narlen is supposed to backstab that Resar guy to save me?[/Spoiler]

However he never appears. So I then talk to Alatos again, but then he gives me the dialogue as if I failed the quest, and then [Spoiler] Resar attacks me [/Spoiler].

Im not sure whats going on. Did I do something to bug the quest out? I did the earlier 2 Narlen quests 100%, so not sure what happened

Edit: Also, if I manually [Spoiler] kill Resar [/Spoiler] and then go to talk to Alatos again, he says [Spoiler] Narlen! What are you doing! [/Spoiler], but then if I talk to him again right after that, he apologizes.

Hmm, so I guess I found a workaround? Still would've liked to seen that cutscene though

    That is odd. it does sound like a bug to me. Does it occur everytime?
