OK, so I managed to succesfully download NPC project and install because it gave me the instructions and did it by itself??

Anyway, thoroughly enjoying it, so decided to try the "Romantic Encounters" also from G3.

I have downloaded it, it is sitting in the file, but what next?
Windows 8.

I know this sounds really lame, but how on earth do you get it to run/install?

I'm sure this is such novice stuff that I am quite embarrassed asking, but I don't know who else to ask.
