I Request a mod to be made

in BGII:EE Mods
I want a npc mod to be made that is this
Name: "The Ranger"
Race: Undead/Elf
Class: Archer
Weapons: Special Crossbow with special bolts (like Jan) If you can add it make so that the bolts have a chance on hit to summon a skeleton and a small chance for skeleton warrior
Proficiency points: Crossbow 5 Long Sword 1
Alignment: Chaotic Good
And as for stats meh i dont really care and as for Biography eh ehm
The Ranger was once a proud watchmen for the elves in tethyr he was praised as a hero for stopping a giant ambush but years later he was killed in battle but then raised back from life but he was shunned by his people and had nowhere else to go so he now resides in the athkatla sewers.
Make it to where he has banters with:
Anomen
Keldorn
Valygar
Minsc
Charname
Sarevok
Imoen (As every good npc should have)
and Mazzy

    NPC mods with banter and specual abilities are a log of work and I am pretty sure that most good modders would rather spent the effort on their own ideas. So why not learn modding and do it yourself?

    Also your NPC is not really well described yet. Why does he not have a real name? Even if someone did him it probably would not match yozr expectations.

    hmm maybe i should learn to mod and as for the reason for his name its a character from my book series and thats just what he is called in my world
