The Ghast Tomb and Valley of the Tombs

Are you supposed to be able to get to the north two sarcophagi in the ghast tomb? It looks like I got the most important stuff from the first three but it seems odd that I can't seem to get to the top two (shown in the pic below.) image

    You can't get between the different tombs underground, but there's a separate entrance from ground level.
    Look near the south-west corner of the map.
    And incidentally, there's a third tomb as well, which you'll see in the underground view when you enter the second one, and that one also has a separate entrance from the ground level.

    Yes. There are four entrances in area 5000, one leading back to the lowest level of the Nashkel mines and three more that go into these crypt areas. Low-level parties are advised not to wander around this area too much, though--there are two set encounters that could be really tough to defeat if you are unprepared.
    Be careful how you respond to Narcillicus, as well.
