Is this a bug?

Just found this in Irenicus' dungeon (I can't wait for SoD, it's my solo sorcerer anyway so meh)

I have only SCS installed, no others mods.

My game is really messed up. Trying to equip Mail of the Dead on Jaheira, and in the little box where it usually says cannot equip item, my Characters biography is popping up. o_O

    Probably a bug with SCS. It does change a bunch of items.

    I've had that for a while on my game, can't find why. It also pops instead of Viekang name and Viekang dialogues, I figured it is the default text when the original one is bugged or corrupted

    Classic mod problem, shifts around things in the dialog.tlk and things get screwed up with what source points to what line.

    Are you sure it's only SCS that you have installed? Do you have the latest (stable) version? What game version are you running?

    I'm on the latest version of BG2, it always checks for updates when I launch. No other mods (I used the one to skip candlekeep in BG1, but obviously won't have any effect on BG2).

    I'm currently doing a full reinstall of SCS, will see if it makes any difference. :)

    I'll miss those funny old swords in a way if it works.
