Piercing Damage of Staff of Ram

Hi,
is this type of damage implemented or not? Does anyone know the answer?
I wasn't able to find it with near infinity, but it's in the item description.

    I just tested it out and yes, you will do extra piercing damage on each strike ( the only exception may be when you slay a creature it might not show up because any weapon that deals secondary damage doesn't show up if the primary damage kills it)
